That’s why we offer samples, so you can be confident with your garments before branding.
How do I order a sample?

Add to your basket and check out as normal
* Samples will be charged to your account. Or for non account customers, must be paid in full *
Just make sure that you don't add any customisation to the garment at the checkout process, as we will be unable to accept return of customised garments.
Can I return my sample?
Absolutely, You can return samples to us within 14 days of receipt. The samples must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
How do I return my sample?
Let us know within 14 days of delivery, pop us an email to request a return and we will issue the relevant return paperwork. Then just send it back to us.
Will I be refunded for my sample?
Upon receipt of the garments back to our warehouse, we will inspect the condition ensuring they are fit for resale. We will then issue a full refund against the original purchase invoice. Please note carriage costs to obtain or return samples are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please allow 48 to 72 hours for us to process your returns in our warehouse.
